SPL PQ Mastering Equalizer

SPL's mastering equalizer, model 1540/1544, is based on the renowned 2050. In the construction of both units SPL used its 120V Rail Technology, providing a detailed sound, extra dynamics and more headroom. This fully parametric dual-channel EQ features five bands on each channel that can be activated and deactivated separately and even automated by time.
PQ Mastering Equalizer: 41 Steps and 20 or 5 dB
Each band on the PQ features three potentiometers with 41steps, making it easy to recall your preferred/favourite settings. You're even able to switch between constant and proportional Q modes. The gain control allows you to boost or cut the amplitude by 20 dB, or by 5 dB depending on the 1/4 gain switch setting. With the latter setting you can precisely adjust the overall sound to your liking. The frequency of the boost or cut can be selected with the F potentiometer.
