The Yamaha 112V is the upgraded version of the Pacifica 112 J, and features a humbucker and two single-coil pickups with Alnico 5 magnets for a rich, organic tone with a vintage character. The humbucker can also be split into a single-coil pickup by pulling out the push/pull tone knob to activate coil tap. The versatile pickup configuration of this Raspberry Red Pacifica 112V offers you a wide pallet of sounds for sparkling cleans to screaming overdrive.

The Pacifica models are some of the world's most popular guitars thanks to Yamaha's uncompromising quality and affordability. The 112 V has been given an alder body that's usually only seen in higher price classes and is valued for its light weight, balanced tone and outspoken mids. And like all Yamaha guitars the Pacifica 112V is easy to play. The neck is not too thin and not too thick, but just right with its 22 frets and flatter 12.75-inch fretboard radius that only adds to the excellent playability of this electric guitar.

Tremolo bridge and ring-mount humbucker

The bridge of the Yamaha Pacifica 112V is a vintage-style tremolo, which means that with the included handle you can influence the tension of the strings to create awesome vibrato effects. The solid saddles ensure a rich sustain and deep intonation. Just like the high-end Pacifica models, there is a bridge pickup mounted on the body via a black mounting ring. The mounting ring helps pick up more vibrations from the body, which in turn creates a more dynamic tone than when mounted on the pickguard.
