In the tight form of the Contemporary Series Leader CT, Höfner drop a semi-hollow bodied charmer topped with flamed maple and coated in a timeless Sunburst finish. Balanced and flexible amplified sound is assured by a passive humbucker at the bridge and a passive P90 pickup at the neck, which are supported by the outstanding resonance and sustain provided by an internal sound-block. Höfner have also spread the playability on thick thanks to the one-piece maple neck which has been bound to the body via a set-neck construction to ease fret access and complete an authentically vintage-style feel.
