Stratocaster Aged Cherry Burst: ingenious design
This Strat features short post locking tuners, which is an interesting detail. Thanks to a relatively low design, the strings receive enough tension in the string nut, which results in excellent tuning stability. The 2-point Deluxe tremolo contributes to this as well. New to the American Elite series is the two-way truss rod, which is equipped with a spoke nut, which is a cylinder with holes around it. By inserting a thin screw driver or Allen key into one of these holes, you can adjust the neck with great accuracy without having to remove it. All in all, this Strat is modern and practical!
American Elite: for the real enthusiast
The American Elite series is the spiritual successor of the critically acclaimed American Deluxe series. Fender is building on their recipe for success, with their American Elite models, but have also added some unique innovative touches. All of the American Elite models have a Double Action truss rod for easy adjustments, and both the fretboard and neck have a compound profile for optimal playability. Moreover, the Deluxe Noiseless pickups are a big leap in pickup design and are only available in this series. The Fender American Elite Stratocaster comes complete with a luxury Elite Case with an elegant silver lining.
