We see those qualities featured again in this Yamaha CPX500III, a black electro-acoustic guitar from the incredibly successful 500 series. The CPX500III has a CPX body, which is similar to a jumbo body. It also features a spruce top for a full, open sound with plenty of bass, bright trebles and mild mids.

CPX500III Black: amplification

Because we're talking about an electro-acoustic guitar, the CPX500III is easy to amplify and to use for recordings. Just plug an instrument cable into the jack output and connect the guitar to a mixer or external sound card. This model features a third generation pickup system, which ensures that your sound will be flawlessly sent to the internal System 66 preamplifier. This preamp also has volume and EQ controls, and you can use the AMF control to avoid acoustic feedback.
