Allmänt

The Medeli SP4000 stage piano has been developed with both ambitious beginners and more experienced players in mind. 88 hammer-action keys offer an incredibly authentic playing feel while 20 different voices are provided, including two full grand pianos, a collection of electric pianos, and various organs, alongside 50 accompaniments in a range of different styles. 60 songs are also included for play-along sessions, or the AUX input can be used to connect external audio gear so you can play along with your own personal favourites. The excellent sound is reproduced by built-in speakers and, for a little more privacy, a set of headphones can be connected to one of the two fitted sockets.

The Medeli SP4000: Playing Options

The clean and clear layout of the control panel of the SP4000 makes navigation easy. Voices can be combined using the layer function, or a different voice can be assigned to each end of the keyboard using the split function. The TWINOVA function splits the keyboard into two sections that each have the same register, providing an ever useful teaching tool, and is also offered to record and store up to five of your own compositions and performances.

Connections

On the back panel, a range of inputs and outputs is fitted, including a socket to connect a sustain pedal. In addition to the AUX input, there's an AUX output so that a set of external speakers can be added for even more volume, and a 5-pin MIDI OUT and a USB-B port for connection to computer offer two possible methods to export the MIDI signal.
