If you’re a student or teacher who uses Ableton live then you can get this package with a 40% discount! Educational versions of both the Standard and the Suite are available. This Suite boxed edition is the most extensive version of the renowned Ableton software series. Live 9 Suite consists of an enormous collection of virtual instrument sounds (55 GB), nine virtual instruments and forty effects. The brilliant Max for Live package has also been integrated into the Suite version so you can create unique instruments and effects. All of this functionality remains comprehensive and easy to manage, thanks to the intuitive control layout and structure.

Live 9 Suite effects and instruments

Ableton pulled out all the musical stops for Live 9 Suite. As such, you can create beautiful arrangements with the nice, extensive instruments that have names such as Impulse, Electric and Tension. You can mix your tracks down to the smallest detail with the help of forty powerful effects, and you can use the Glue compressor—developed in collaboration with Cytomic—to really bring your drum tracks to life. The versatile EQ Eight is also included so you can easily edit your sound in detail.

Max for Live

Max for Live, based on Max 6 by Cycling 74, has been integrated into Live 9 Suite to give you access to more than 900 unique tools, instruments and effects built by the Max for Live users. You can edit all of the functions of each device to suit your needs, and you don’t need to be a programmer to do it!
