Sela's entry-level cajon: the Varios. With their Varios cajons, Sela offers a professional sound at a very reasonable price. The SE 067 Varios cajon has a poplar wood front plate that features a unique gold finish. The sturdy body is made of 11 layers of birch wood and is 15 mm thick, which is also what makes this cajon sound truly outstanding. Varios cajons produce deep, warm bass tones and bright, clear accents that you'd normally expect to hear from instruments in a much higher price bracket.

And, it gets even better. Varios cajons also feature the Sela Snare System, which enables you to remove the single snare from the inside if you want a more traditional Peruvian sound. You can also add an extra snare (sold separately) to achieve a more Flamenco-style sound. All this, plus the accessories available for the cajon, make it a versatile instrument that is applicable to all kinds of musical genres.
