Remo's PR-1324-00 is the largest model from the Powerstroke Pro series. This clear bass drumhead allows for a sharp attack and is made of a single ply of 10-mil-thick film (which is just 0.25 mm). While it's usually quite a challenge to eliminate unwanted resonance and hollow overtones from your bass drum, this Powerstroke Pro head has its own dampening system, called the Pressure Dampening Profile. A damping ring is precision-welded to the batter head, and acoustic foam is applied between the two plies, resulting in a very clean, well-defined tone.
