RCF has been making parts such as woofers and drivers for speaker cabinets since 1949, they've been producing complete speakers for more than 30 years now. RCF products can be found at events of all types and sizes, and now their assortment has grown to include a line of mixers called the Livepad series. This RCF Livepad 25CX USB is the largest model from the line. It is a 24-channel mixing console with a built-in DSP effects section and a USB port for communicating with a computer.

The Livepad 24CX USB: comprehensive, flexible monitor

Along with 18 microphone channels - of which the first 14 are equipped with a compressor - the mixing console also has 4 stereo inputs. It is also equipped with 4 auxiliary channels and 4 subgroups. The microphone preamps have been designed to have a transparent, warm sound, and the compressors can be intuitively controlled with just one button. In this way you keep even the most demanding of signals under control. Along with the 3-way EQ on the mono channels, this Livepad 24CX USB is equipped with a 24-bit effects section that allows you to adjust every voice and instrument to have a professional sound. Furthermore, there is also a USB port available so you can communicate between the Livepad and your computer. In this way, you can record a stereo mix with your DAW program or play music via your mixer. Finally, this mixer also has an expansion slot that you can equip with one of three available expansion cards.

Expansion with optional modules

There are three different modules available for expanding the RCF Livepad series models, and they are an MP3 player, an MP3 player with recording functionality, and a Bluetooth module. With the MP3 module you can simply connect you USB stick and play your favourite music from the mixer. If you add the MP3/recording module, you can easily make stereo recordings of your performance and save them to your USB stick. Finally, with the Bluetooth module, you can wirelessly stream music to the mixer from any Bluetooth device, which is very convenient if you have a tablet or smart phone.
