The PR:O 12 XD is a versatile active speaker that can be used as a satellite, full-range cabinet or a floor monitor. Its versatility is partly down to its well-designed shape, and regardless of how you use it you are assured of excellent sound quality. HK Audio's PREMIUM PR:O series is well known for delivering a transparent sound, and this model, equipped with the latest 1200 Watt Class D amplifiers, continues this legacy.
Power and Purity
Two words that sum up the popular PR:O series nicely are power and purity. The PR:O 12 XD has a maximum sound pressure level (SPL) of 132 dB and a sound dispersion of 90 degrees to reach as much of your audience as possible. Pushing the volume on this 1200-Watt speaker won't distort the sound so that even the people at the back of the room can hear everything perfectly. The PR:O 12 XD is fitted with a 12-inch woofer that delivers a pure and powerful sound that is as suitable for speech or music as it is capable of producing a full sound with tight bass.
