If you've got a complete warehouse worth of gear set up in your studio that all require manual switching on and off, you're probably all too familiar with the popping sound your studio monitors make when your mixer or interface takes half a second too long to boot up. An indispensable studio tool, the PowerPlant is Nowsonic's latest innovative invention able to switch on your all of your equipment in three sequenced steps at the push of a button.

Power Up Your Gear in Sequence

For example, the PowerPlant can be set up to first switch on your computer and audio interface, then any peripheral equipment, and finally, your speakers. Needless to say, powering everything down takes place in reverse order. Meanwhile, all connected devices are protected against electrical surges and voltage peaks as the PowerPlant stabilises the input voltage between 170 and 260 VAC, which can be clearly seen on the fitted front panel LED display. As the cherries on top, Nowsonic have included a USB charging port and a handy extendible LED light.
