Do your strings get worn out and corroded in no time? Then the Elixir strings are the perfect solution for you. These strings have a protective coating and are treated with an anti-corrosive treatment. This results in a 3 to 5 times longer life span, compared to conventional electric guitar strings. The wound strings of this 009 Custom Light set are a bit thicker than usual so they will produce a fuller sound. The higher string tension also makes them more suited for lower tunings and drop-tunings. The Elixir 12027 Nanoweb string set offers you the feeling and sparkle of traditional strings with the durability of coated strings.
Why Elixir coated electric guitar strings?
Due to the acid from your fingers and the humidity in the air, steel strings are subject to corrosion. String quality is further damaged by oil, sweat and dead skin cells that accumulate between coils, inhibiting their ability to vibrate and resulting in a loss of frequency intensity, which make the strings sound a bit dead. These Elixir strings have a thin protective fluoropolymer coating which provides a barrier between string and environment without affecting the feel of the string. The result is a string set with a long life that retains its clear sound for an extensive period of time. uitstekende snaren, al eerder gebruikt, zaten er een jaar op, nu pas wat minder, uiteaard afhankelijk hoeveel je speelt
J'utilise toujours les élixirs mais d'habitude les optiweb. Je suis passé au nanoweb. Et bien super ! Comme d'hab : qualité extra, Solide, S'encrasser peu. Et au niveau du son : j'aurai dû essayer les nanoweb avant !! Elles sont top.
Ze gaan heel lang mee, klinken heel zuiver en dat blijft zo.
Na een lange tijd gebruikt te hebben gaat de coating wel rafelen.
De snaren klinken echt uitstekend en ze gaan heel lang mee.

Het zijn super snaren die erg licht zijn en lang meegaan door de coating. Het is niet alleen zo beschreven , het is ook echt zo. Wat dit betreft is het goed omschreven door fabrikant. Ik heb deze snaren voor de eerste keer aangekocht en blijf zonder twijfel hier aan volhouden.
Excellentes cordes, presque toutes mes guitares en sont équipées en différents tirants.
Elles sont douces au toucher et ont une grande longévité.
