Fantastisch klinkende preamp met een hemelhoge headroom die doet denken aan goede vintage mengtafels met trafo's van toen. Vele markante instellingen en aansluitmogelijkheden die je bij een standaard 1-kanaals mic preamp niet vindt, zoals een hoofdtelefoon versterker met een cue-mix of een uitgebreide DI voor een (bas)gitaar. Wat dacht je van een 4-trap mic impedantie aanpassing zodat je volste geluid uit je microfoon weet te persen.
Het is zeer aan te bevelen is om de 2-kanaals digitale uitbreiding erin te installeren. Kanaal 1 is dan de mic/line pre out. Kanaal 2 de DI out.
Het intern schakelen van de audio gebeurd met relais zodat er echt alles aan gedaan is om zo hoog mogelijke kwaliteit en transparantie te bereiken.
Kortom, perfect voor in de opnameruimte bij een vocalist/gitarist. Of als een van je beste mic pre's in wat voor situatie dan ook.

Zuiver, helder als de hemel. Geluid wordt weergeven zoals het echt is. Heeft verschillende aansluitmogelijkheden die zeker van pas zullen komen in iedere home studio. Zelf op hoge gain instelling blijft deze mooi klinken. Als je echter op zoek bent naar een preamp met eigen karakter zal deze niets voor jou zijn.
Maar zeker aan te raden.

Totally awed by this unit! It's clean, crisp and effortless to use. Both the mic and the DI channels give a step up from regular units and give me the true 'studio' sound to the tracks. With all the obsession nowadays about tubes in everything, this unit sidesteps this and gives you surgical clarity. Well worth the investment.
